Education is the backbone of sustainable development. Education stimulates and empowers people to participate in their own development. A plan for sustainable development must address the issue of education because it plays a critical role not only in expanding further educational opportunities but also in fostering basic intellectual abilities such as literacy that are crucial to success in a world where power is closely linked with knowledge. Primary education must receive a great amount of attention in developing nations for this reason.
The main objective of Inclusive Education program is to increase the illiteracy for the vulnerable, disabled and autistic children through inclusive and quality education. To eradicate poverty in different shapes like establishing formal and non-formal educational institution and technical and vocational training institution, GRAM UNNAYAN SANGSTHA is playing a vital role to improve their quality of life and to help them to participate to productivity in the national development.
GRAM UNNAYAN SANGSTHA organized non-formal educational activity outside the formal system of education. It is simple and flexible and can be delivered at any place convenient to the learners. It is generally designed to meet the basic learning needs of disadvantaged groups and can be availed of at any age. Non-formal education is provided to those sections of the community who have no access to or are dropped out from formal education.
